Bread Care:
Our bread is even more wonderful when heated before serving, especially in humid weather. The best way to protect our bread for two or three days is to store it at room temperature, after wrapping it in air tight plastic or foil. 

To Refresh Crust:
 Heat uncovered bread in a preheated oven at 350 for five minutes or so. 

If desired, our bread freezes very well for a maximum of three months. Just wrap it in the manner described above; refresh crust after defrosting at room temperature. We recommend freezing focaccia products if stored overnight
